Thrive is Furnishing Futures’ new employability programme for survivors, which we launched as a pilot programme in autumn 2025. Our programme includes confidence building and creative sessions, wellbeing workshops, mentoring, work experience, IT skills, CV writing and interview training to empower survivors as they move forward with their lives.

Our goal is to empower marginalised women to build a positive future for themselves and their children, breaking the cycle of domestic abuse, poverty and disadvantage by giving them the skills, self-worth and confidence to access employment opportunities.
