This session is an invitation to return to the heart, to tune into what feels most alive within you, in this moment.
Join us for an evening designed to gently awaken the senses and guide you inward. The May gathering moves through a quiet arc of personal reflection into deep rest.
We begin with a guided meditation, easing you into the space , softening the mind, settling the body, and allowing you to arrive fully.
From here, the sound journey unfolds through gong, Himalayan and crystal bowls, and chimes. Each layer working subtly to release tension, open awareness, and carry you into stillness.
We close slowly, with warm herbal tea, giving you time to integrate and land, returning in your own rhythm.
While the experience is often deeply grounding and restorative, it may also gently stir emotion or offer new perspectives, inviting quiet reflection.
Held in the tranquil surroundings of The Atrium, this gathering offers a nourishing pause from daily life. You are invited to simply lie back, listen, and receive — allowing the vibrations to move through mind, body, and spirit.
Yoga mats, blankets, bolsters, cushions, and eye masks are provided. Please wear comfortable clothing. If you like to journal, you’re welcome to bring one and stay afterwards to write.
Whether this is your first sound bath or you are returning, you will be warmly welcomed.
